About David

Born in Camarillo and proud to call Ventura County home for 45 years, I've dedicated much of my life to preserving its history as a local historian and author. Through that work, I've built strong relationships across the community and developed a deep appreciation for the people and neighborhoods that make this area special.

Today, I bring that same local knowledge and commitment to my career in real estate. Whether helping first-time buyers find a place to call home, assisting families through the downsizing process, or guiding sellers as they prepare for their next chapter, I strive to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

As an active member of the Camarillo Rotary Club and the American Legion, I believe in giving back to the community that has given so much to me. My goal is not simply to help clients buy or sell real estate, but to serve as a trusted resource and advocate throughout one of life's most important decisions.
